Synergy21 Health takes great pride in its order processing and shipping departments, and every order is handled as expeditiously as possible. Here are some general guidelines that will help you understand the process:
Dropship orders: All orders that are shipped from locations other than our Fox Lake facility are shipped the same day if received before 12:30 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Custom orders: Orders for custom-made bath and body products, candles and flower remedies can take up to 2 business days to ship.
Heat Sensitive Products: Between May 15 and September 15, bath and body products and candles are only shipped Monday-Wednesday to most locations to prevent the package sitting in a hot truck over the weekend.
All other in-stock products are shipped the same day if the order is received prior to 2:30 pm Central Time Monday through Friday.
