At Synergy21 Health, your 100% Satisfaction is job ONE. Therefore, our return and refund policy is simple and straightforward:
Products: If you are unhappy with any of the retail products we offer for any reason, simply contact us any time within 30 days of purchase and we will instruct you on how to return any unopened or unused product to our offices. Upon the return of product to us, we will issue a prompt refund (less shipping and handling charges, if any) to you via the payment method used for your original order. Please note: For safety reasons, certain unopened products cannot be resold and must be discarded and are therefore subject to a 20% return fee. Custom Bach Flower remedies are non-returnable.
Test Kits: If you ordered a test kit and have NOT opened it, you may contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange for its return for a full refund via the payment method used for your original order. Due to contractual obligations with the laboratory, once your specimen has been submitted to the laboratory for processing we can no longer offer a refund and your results will be delivered upon release by the laboratory and review by Dr. Hanshew.
Recurring Orders: Should you choose to order products or services from us on a recurring basis for your convenience, you may cancel the recurring order any time for any reason in one of two ways: 1) log in to your account and cancel the order (we recommend also emailing us and letting us know you have done so), or 2) contact us and we will immediately cancel any future recurring orders.
